How to Play as Guinevere in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
"I am the top student of the academy, after all."

As a fighter nicknamed Ms. Violet, Guinevere is a hero who can properly initiate against the backline and finish them easily. Her skills range from thumping to one location to knocking enemies airborne immediately with one simple move! Before you get excited about using her abilities to change the tide of battle, read this wikiHow article.
Steps

Note alternates to Guinevere. Guinevere is seen as a Meta hero, though her selection rates make her an uncommon hero to see. For similar Burst damage, choose Harley, Kadita, Novaria, or Yve, and if you want another hero who can deal tons of magic damage while not being a mage, prioritize Julian, Kimmy, or Silvanna.

Use her passive (Super Magic). As Guinevere uses her basic attack or skills, she will accumulate Super Magic. When the bar is full, her basic attack becomes enhanced, and she will target an enemy hero/minion/creep while restoring lost HP and dealing bonus magic damage. Although this is the tip of the iceberg, you will also mark your enemy for five seconds (if it is not a creep or a minion). When the enemy is marked thrice, the enemy is guaranteed to be knocked airborne if she uses Violet Requiem. This passive is perfect to contain Guinevere's sustainability during longer team fights, thanks to HP recovery, and can be the catalyst to give more magic damage.

Take her first skill into account (Energy Wave). Guinevere launches an energy orb in a direction, dealing up to 525 magic damage and slowing the enemy by half for 1.2 seconds. Prioritize maxing this skill throughout the game first - this is Guinevere's main damage output which can help with clearing creeps and poking enemies. This is also helpful when dealing with her skill cooldowns; hitting an enemy/target will guarantee her cooldowns are reduced by a second.

Master her second skill (Spatial Migration). After thumping at a target location for up to 400 magic damage and slowing the enemy down by 50%, Guinevere will throw the enemy hero/creep airborne for one second and deal up to 200 magic damage. She can then use this skill to blink towards another direction while leaving a clone behind, which can deal extra magic damage if this clone is damaged. This skill is perfect for initiating team fights or ganking against the backline, since this provides a boost of crowd control for you. Additionally, you can use phase 2 of her skill in multiple ways, whether you want to dash back to the targeted enemy or escape if you are low on HP.

Launch a combo with her ultimate (Violet Requiem). Guinevere creates a force field around her for two seconds, while repeatedly dealing magic damage to enemy heroes for up to 910 magic damage and being immune to most crowd control effects. The kicker for her ult is that if you use this immediately after Spatial Migration (or if the enemy is already airborne by other means), the airborne effect will be enhanced. The effect will extend an extra six times, perfect for comboing against enemies. Even in the early game, this ultimate is powerful, so use it to increase your damage output to enemies.

Choose her equipment. You can select equipment for Guinevere depending on her playstyle (attack or sustainability). If you use an attack-based approach, start by selecting Arcane Boots to enhance her Magic Penetration. Follow it up by selecting Starlium Scythe, Holy Crystal, Concentrated Energy, Divine Glaive, and Blood Wings to increase her magic attack and spell vamp. For a sustainable, roaming approach, begin with Tough Boots to lower any inflicted CC and pair it with the Conceal power. You can then buy Brute Force Breastplate, Immortality, Dominance Ice, and Athena's Shield to build your defense stats. You can choose Oracle, Queen's Wings, and Blade Armor as alternates.

Select the emblem. This depends on how you want to use Guinevere, but there are many choices. For an attack-based approach, choose either the Mage or Assassin emblems to deal with her penetration attacks. The first talent should be Thrill to increase your damage or Inspire to lower her skill cooldowns. Depending on whether or not you are jungling as Guinevere, the second talent can either be Seasoned Hunter to quickly kill the Turtle/Lord, Bargain Hunter to purchase equipment at a discount, or Festival of Blood to enhance her spell vamp. The last talent can be Lethal Ignition to slow-burn enemies or Impure Rage to further increase her skill damage. If roaming, choose the Tank emblem and prioritize Firmness, Wilderness Blessing, and Brave Smite.

Equip her battle spell. It's not uncommon to see Guinevere jungling, so equipping Retribution (with Ice Retribution) would be beneficial. However, if you are using her in the EXP lane or roaming, use Flicker to increase her mobility/ganking potential.

Learn one of Guinevere's combos. The main combo for Guinevere is 2nd - Ult - 1st - Passive. Use Spatial Migration to initiate an attack on an enemy, then keep them airborne with Violet Requiem. If they survive, use your first skill/basic attack as finishing touches. This combo is more effective when you target squishy heroes/damage dealers, especially during a team fight.
