Asian Games 2014: Indian men's archery recurve team eliminated
The Indian team of Atanu Das, Tarundeep Rai and Jayanta Talukdar lost 3-5 to Hong Kpong in the 1/8 elimination round.

Incheon: Indian men's archery recurve team was ousted from the 17th Asian Games following their 1/8 elimination round loss to Hong Kong at the Gyeyang Asiad Archery Field here on Friday.

The Indian men's team of Atanu Das, Tarundeep Rai and Jayanta Talukdar lost 3-5 (53-54, 54-42, 51-51, 52-53).

The Indian trio were edged out 53-54 in the first set but came back strongly in the second set 54-42 to erase the 0-2 deficit against the Hong Kong consisting Man Chun Chui, Calvin Wai Kar Lee and Kin Hing Ma.

Both the teams shared a point after the third set ended in a tie 51-51 but in the fourth set, the Indians lost again 52-53 to exit the competition.
