HYDERABAD: APCC president Botcha Satyanarayana conferred with AICC general secretary and Union minister in Delhi on Friday and discussed the probables for the 18 Assembly seats which are going for byelection on June 12.Earlier, Botcha met chief minister and discussed the names of the Congress nominees for the Assembly seats.The party has daunting task ahead with Jagan Mohan Reddy’s aides claiming that they would sweep the elections. As if its cup of woes is not full, the tickets seem to be going abegging.There are reports that the Congress workers were not showing interest in contesting the by-elections since the writing on the wall is too bold and too clear for them. Nevertheless, the PCC chief and chief minister, more or less finalised the list and the PCC chief left for Delhi in the evening.
