BHUBANESWAR: The CBI on Friday arrested a real estate dealer in connection with a case of land grabbing at Andharua, on the outskirts of the City.The CBI was in search of the realtor Subash Samantray who had adopted fraudulent practices to grab the patch of land in 2008 and was trying to get it mutated in his name when the Orissa High Court asked the agency to probe it. Samantary had applied for anticipatory bail but the HC asked him to approach the lower court which rejected the plea and the realtor was held.
