Dravid denies Sehwag-Chappell spat

India skipper Rahul Dravid on Wednesday dismissed media reports that batsman Virendra Sehwag had fallen out with Coach Greg Chappell's on the recent South African tour. Media reports had stated that Virendra Sehwag had been out of line by refusing to attend net practice. Dravid's responded, "What really happened was that Greg Chappell was a few minutes late. Viru came on time, padded up, faced one ball, got out and went home. So you see, Viru is not at all out of line, he is just out of form.”

Sports stars in new Gillette ad

Gillette has announced the launch of the new Gillette Champions programme with the unveiling of its newest brand ambassadors for Gillette's premium shaving products. The company has signed on Tiger Woods, Roger Federer and Thierry Henry, who are among the best-known, most widely respected and successful athletes. They will appear in advertising media and will be seen using Gillette Shaving products.

Not to be left behind Gillette India signed on three cricket luminaries to be brand ambassadors, in India. The deal though seems to have fallen thru. The three cricketers signed on for Gillette shaving products in India were, Hashim Amla, Monty Panesar and Harbhajan Singh.

Bollywood gifts

Seems it's the season to gift watches in Bollywood. While Amitabh Bachchan gifted his son Abhishek a brand new Movado for his birthday, Ash apparently gifted him an Omega watch. Shahrukh Khan recently gifted a Tag Hauer worth 2.5 lakhs to a losing contestant on KBC. Salman Khan went on a watch-gifting spree gifting Rolex watches to Sri Lanka cricketers visiting his home.

The question is who is going to gift Govinda a watch???

What's your reaction?
