Delhi: 28-year-old woman stabbed to death on resisting robbery

New Delhi: A 28-year-old married woman was stabbed to death in Delhi's Karol Bagh on Saturday afternoon after she resisted a robbery attempt.

The deceased, works in an MNC and was at her parents' place when the incident took place.

According to her husband, she took a metro to home from Noida. Soon after she de-boarded the metro, a youth followed her from Karol Bagh metro station, he said.

While she was about to enter the house, the accused tried to snatch her purse. On resisting, he stabbed on her arm. When she further shouted for help, the accused stabbed her on the chest which apparently killed her.
