Two boys were beaten up by locals with wooden sticks and were then paraded naked after being tied to motorcycles in Betul for the alleged crime.
Betul: The Goa Police has arrested a person in connection with the beating up of two boys for allegedly stealing mobile phones and valuables from foreigners.
Police made the arrest on Monday; the incident took place on May 22.
