Uttarakhand government will soon thrash out a formula to provide reservation in jobs to dependents of those killed in the devastating floods that hit the state last year.
Chief Secretary Subhash Kumar has asked officials to remove the legal bottlenecks in this regard in consultation with the Advocate General and find a solution to pave the way for granting reservation in government jobs to dependents of the victims of Uttarakhand tragedy, an official release said.
