HC nod to quiz Judge B Vijayan

KOCHI: The Kerala High Court on Wednesday granted permission to the Crime Branch, Hurt and Homicide Wing, probing the CBI ASP Haridath death case, to quiz Additional Sessions Judge B Vijayan, who has been named in the suicide note.The suicide note mentioned the names of two CBI officials - Rajan and Unnikrishnan,  Advocate Sreekumar of the Kerala High Court and the then Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate Vijayan.Vijayan is now serving at the Alappuzha Fast Track Court as Additional Sessions Judge.
