IIT meet on Fluid Machinery

CHENNAI: IIT Madras will be organising the 11th Asian International Conference on Fluid Machinery and third Fluid Power Technology Exhibition from November 21 to 23 at IC&SR Auditorium, IIT Madras.The conference will be inaugurated by Dr Sivakumar, Director, CVRDE, and will be presided by Prof Bhaskar Ramamurthy, Director, IIT Madras, who will also inaugurate the exhibition.Prof Yoshinobu Tsujimoto, Osaka University, Japan, and the chairman, Asian Fluid Power Committee, will be releasing the conference proceedings.Three important institutions, viz, Asian Fluid Machinery Committee, Fluid Power Society of India and IIT-Madras have come together to organise the conference and exhibition.The conference is a continuation of the preceding 10 conferences that have been held across Asia and this is the first time it is being hosted in India.
