New Delhi: Chiefs of three intelligence agencies -- Research and Analysis Wing, Intelligence Bureau and National Technical Research Organisation -- on Friday met Home Minister Rajnath Singh and briefed him about security situation in India and its neighbourhood.
R&AW chief Alok Joshi, Director of IB Asif Ibrahim and NTRO chief Alhad G Apte briefed the Home Minister about various aspects of their respective organisations, the intelligence gathering mechanism and inputs on security situation in the country as well as its neighbourhood, official sources said.
During the meeting, the chiefs are learnt to have shared information about activities of terrorist groups, militancy in Jammu and Kashmir and insurgency in the Northeast.
