Jagan may not appeal to SC full bench

HYDERABAD: YSR Congress president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy may not be going in an appeal to the full bench of the Supreme Court against the division bench’s order allowing the CBI’s investigation into the investments in his companies.According to sources, Reddy discussed the pros and cons of going in for an appeal with his confidants and decided against it as he thought it would not do him any good to him if he lost for the third time in a row in his legal battle to secure a stay on CBI investigation.
