Jaya opens slew of new buildings

CHENNAI: Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa on Monday inaugurated the additional office building for the State Human Rights Commission, built at a cost of `3.48 crore, on PS Kumaraswamy Raja Road. She inaugurated the building through video-conferencing.Jayalalithaa also inaugurated the new office buildings for training and research centres of the Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University at Dindigul and Thanjavur. She also opened a farmers’ training centre at Thiruvarur.The CM also inaugurated the residential quarters for officials of the TN Fire and Rescue Services Department.
