HYDERABAD: The Southern Regional level competition of the NTPC “Electron Quiz-2011 ” will be conducted on November 10 at 4.30 p.m at the Family World, Behind Hotel Manohar, Begumpet, Hyderabad. Into its seventh year, the quiz brings together students from leading management and engineering institutes in the country to compete for top honours on subjects which include corporate business, business history, management concepts, brands, breakthrough products, fashion etc.There will be a qualifying round from which the top six teams will be selected to take part in the regional level finals the same day. The top three teams in this final will then be invited to participate in the national finals at New Delhi on November 29 which will be hosted by noted quiz master Mr Derek O Brien.Prize worth Rs 1,00,000 will be distributed among the six regional finalists. There will also be an audience round where exciting gifts and souvenirs are up for grabs.
