Opposite of 'acchhe din' is happening, says CM Hemant Soren

Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren took a swipe at the BJP-led NDA government saying it was just the opposite happening after Narendra Modi had predicted good days in the offing for the country.

"Narendra Modi imagined that good days are in the offing for the country. But it’s just the opposite happening with the centre beginning to pile on economic burden on the poor," Soren told reporters on Tuesday.

"Within one month, fares of railway services and price on gas have increased," he added.

He said Jharkhand's demand to accord special status to the state was before the central government.
