New Delhi: The Centre on Friday told the Supreme Court that it was ready for talks with “recognised political parties” in Jammu and Kashmir, but not with the separatists.
The court then asked the Association to come up with suggestions to resolve the crisis and not shy away by saying that they do not represent everybody in Kashmir.
