The session's court retained all the charges slapped against Asaram in the case by the police including those under Section 7/8 of POCSO Act except Section 26 of Juvenile Justice Act. Asaram's second bail plea was turned down by the Rajasthan High Court earlier this week.
However, his aides Shilpi and Shiva were granted bail.
Asaram has been in jail since September 2013. His son Narayan Sai has also been in jail in a separate case of rape.
