Singer Krish to make a debut as an actor

Singer Krish who has established himself as a popular lead vocalist in Kollywood with several hit numbers to his name, is all set to turn actor soon. He has been roped into a project titled 'Puriyaadhu Aanandam Pudhidhaaga Aarambam', which will begin shooting shortly in 2013.

The project is being handled by Rowther films, a popular film studio run by Ibrahim Rowther. The hunt for the heroine has began already and the producers are considering several names from the industry to be cast opposite Krish. It is to be noted that Rowther films has previously made several films with Vijaykanth in the lead role.

Meanwhile, Krish and his wife Sangeetha are celebrating the birth of their first child, a baby girl.
