Traffic curbs for President visit

HYDERABAD: Following the visit of President Pratibha Patil to the city on Sunday, the city police have imposed some traffic restrictions from Begumpet airport to Rashtrapati Nilayam in Bollaram.The restrictions will be imposed from 11.45 a.m. to 12.45 p.m. on the following routes- Begumpet airport, PNT, Rasoolpura junction, CTO, Tivoli crossroads, NCC Directorate, Secunderabad Club, Apollo Hospital, Vikrampuri, Karkhana, Hanuman temple, RTO Office, Tirumalgherry crossroads, Holy Family Church, Lal Bazar T junction, MCEME signal, Lothukunta Y junction, and Mallareddy Nagar. Police have requested the public to take alternative routes to their destinations and avoid the above routes during the specified timings.
