Twitter starts rolling out 'Fave' timeline that lets you filter users you follow

New Delhi: Twitter has apparently started rolling out its new "Fave People" feature, which was earlier in testing, to users from the public. The "Fave People" timeline lets users view tweets from their favourite accounts in one place.

Users can favourite people they follow by tapping the star icon on their profiles to see tweets from them under the "Fave" timeline. So, this feature acts like a filter for tweets you care about from people you follow.

The feature reportedly first appeared in the alpha version of Twitter's Android application - the place where Twitter tests its new features before rolling them out to beta testers and general public.

The "Fave" button is located next to "Home" across the top navigation. It seems that Twitter wants to make the most of of its "favorite" button which has been available previously for users.
