Vijendra Singh, husband of the deceased woman and his brother Rajendra Singh, were arrested on Sunday by the Tanda city police while the duo was looking for a safe place to dump the dead body, SP Sadhna Goswami said.
The accused husband, who works as a teacher, had been demanding an Alto car and Rs 1 lakh as dowry and killed her by giving poison to her after his demands were not met, she said. Probe is on in the matter, added Goswami.
