Two Maoists, including a self-styled area commander wanted for the killing of policemen were arrested in a raid on a village in Jharkhand's Naxal-hit West Singhbhum district.

The area commander, Sibo Chaki, was arrested on Thursday on information provided by a Maoist nabbed from Railway Colony at Chakradharpur on Wednesday night, Superintendent of Police, NK Singh.

A country-made pistol and three rounds of ammunition were seized from his possession, Singh said.
