Ubtan Powder Ingredients:
One-fourth cup of masoor dal
One-fourth cup of chana dal
One-fourth cup of oats
One-fourth cup of rice
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
10 almonds
2 tbsp sandalwood powder
1 tbsp turmeric
Ubtan Face Pack Ingredients:
1 tbsp Ubtan powder
2 tbsp curd
1 tbsp honey
How to make an Ubtan Face Pack?
In a pan, take one-fourth cup masoor dal, chana dal, oats, rice, 2 tbsp sesame seeds and 10 almonds.
All of the ingredients should be dry-roasted over low heat until the smell of dal emerges.
Once it has completely cooled, transfer it to the mixer jar.
Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric and 2 teaspoons of sandalwood powder now.
Grind these ingredients and make a fine powder.
If you want, you can filter it and grind it again. This will prepare coarse powder.
Now fill the powder in a glass container. Your Ubtan powder is ready.
Put two teaspoons of curd and one tablespoon of Ubtan powder in a bowl to prepare the Ubtan powder face mask.
Mix well and prepare paste.
When preparing the paste, add one teaspoon of honey if your skin is dry.
Put on the Ubtan mask, then take a mini nap.
Use cold water to thoroughly clean after 30 minutes.
