Kaunch beej or Cowhage is widely known as magic velvet bean. It is a leguminous plant and is a good source of protein. Consumption of black Kaunch seeds helps in improving the functioning of the brain as well. Their use also prevents bacterial infections. Not only this, these seeds contain a lot of iron, which fulfils the iron deficiency in our bodies.
