Hair and face is what you notice when you meet a person for the first time. And this is why grooming of hair and face are an integral part of one's image.
Having a beautiful face does not necessarily always depend on the proportion of your face features. It also depends largely on having a good skin texture and a healthy look. But, in order to maintain our looks and keep looking beautiful we need not become overly dependent on external products/cures/procedures.
Our skin and body have an inherent gift.
With a little extra and regular care we can not only recover some of the damages done, we can also maintain the look. While the right usage of make up and beauty care products can undoubtedly enhance your beauty, you can be truly beautiful if you feel beautiful and healthy from inside. Eating and applying organic natural foods is a major part of this.
For example, greying of hair can be tackled in the following ways
• Application of onion paste. Regular and patient use will soon show results
• Boiling the China Rose in coconut oil to form a concentrated mix and applying that to the hair
• Application of coconut oil in which curry leaves have been boiled to form a concentrate.
Coloring of the grey hair:
Henna has been a hot favorite since time immemorial, but its drying effect to the hair root can lead to hair fall and consequent hair loss. So, the best way to tackle this would be by adding amla powder, boiled tea leaves and mustard oil to the Henna paste. Make sure that you don’t leave the paste on your scalp for more than 2 hours.
Conditioner for hair:
Avocado mixed with 2 egg yolks applied to the hair for around one hour and then washed off with a mixture of lime juice and vinegar.
Mayonnaise applied to dry, unwashed hair and left for half hour gives very good results.
Beauty is also a state of mind. You feel beautiful if you have a feeling of well being from within.
Eating right is also a key to health, beauty and vitality. Women in general, and those who have a job in particular, ignore their basic food requirements and thus suffer from a lot of mineral and vitamin deficiencies. This leads to cramps, irritability, thyroid problems, emotional and gynecological issues etc.
All this takes a toll on your body and starts showing on your face and hair.
