Kamal Haasan's elder brother Chandra Haasan passed away at the actor's residence on March 18. The actor held a memorial meet at the Kamaraj Arangam in Chennai which saw the presence of several celebrities including Rajinikanth. The superstar condoled the death of Chandra and extended his support to his family members.
In a Hindustan Times report, Rajinikanth has been quoted as saying, "Whatever little money Kamal had made is mainly due to his elder brother Chandra Haasan. Even, the current generation of actors have made enough money but Kamal doesn't bother much. Don't know how he is going to handle things without Chandra brother".
He further said that Kamal is the angriest person he's ever met and it's only his two brothers who could handle his anger.
"Only his two brothers, Chandra and Charu can handle Kamal's anger. He is the angriest person, I've ever met in my life," said Rajinikanth.
Kamal Haasan, who couldn't stop talking about his brother, addressed the media and said that he has many brothers like Rajinikanth and that he "can learn the art of money making and filmmaking from them."
The 62-year-old actor also said that his elder brother treated him like his own son. "The way he handled people with great respect is incredible. He never appointed a maid to wash his clothes, he is a great cook."
