Deadpool & Wolverine actor Ryan Reynolds was all praise for Ranveer Singh. The actor, in an interaction with Indian content creators, was asked which Bollywood star he would love to team up with. Ryan did not think twice before naming Ranveer Singh. Coincidentally, Ranveer had lent his voice to Deadpool in Deadpool 2.
In a video shared by Marvel India, Ryan said, “Oh, Ranveer Singh is amazing. He has done the voice of Deadpool. But also very funny. (Points to Hugh Jackman),You think you are in shape? This guy makes you look like a crypt keeper. He is amazing.”

On the other side, Hugh Jackman praised Indian cricket team skipper Rohit Sharma. Hugh revealed he’s a cricket lover and took Rohit’s name when asked about his favourite cricketer from the Indian team. “Right now, Rohit. Come on. You just took the cup home. I’m glad,” leaving Reynolds amazed. He also described that “Rohit was a beast” in the World Cup T20 tournament.
Ryan and Hugh are preparing for the release of Deadpool & Wolverine. Directed by Shawn Levy, the film — which is also being referred to as Deadpool 3 — is regarded as 2024’s most-anticipated film, with its trailer becoming the most-viewed in MCU history. The film releases on July 26, 2024.
During the event, Levy explained why the upcoming film isn’t Deadpool 3 but will handle the two characters equally. “As far as crafting the Deadpool and Wolverine story, I just felt privileged every day because you’re talking about two massive movie stars in their most iconic roles. It also gave me an opportunity. It’s the third Deadpool movie, but it’s not Deadpool 3. It’s a different thing that’s very much Deadpool & Wolverine. And it’s not trying to copycat anything from the first two movies. They were awesome, but this is a two-hander character adventure,” he said.
