When Javed asked that friend about Husna’s condition, he told him that Husna was still living in the memories of his love and that she had not settled. Javed’s world was shaken after hearing this.

Javed established a family in India. After becoming the father of children, when Javed heard about Husna’s condition, he wrote a letter. Piyush Mishra put this letter into the words of songs. This is the first song in the history of songs whose hook (the opening line) starts with the address.
