Following this, they organised their mehendi and sangeet ceremonies, where their close circle of friends and family showcased special performances. Notably, Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra graced the sangeet event with their performance.
Then, the couple exchanged vows at the ITC Grand South Goa. The festivities commenced with the Anand Karaj ceremony, paying tribute to Rakul’s Sikh heritage, followed by the evening Pheras, embracing Jackky’s Sindhi background. Among the esteemed guests attending the wedding included Shilpa Shetty, accompanied by her husband Raj Kundra, and Varun Dhawan, accompanied by his wife Natasha Dalal, along with Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur.
