Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film Animal featuring Ranbir Kapoor has been one of the most awaited movies of 2023 since its announcement. Fans have eagerly anticipated the teaser, and it’s now confirmed that it will be unveiled on September 28, coinciding with Ranbir Kapoor’s birthday. A new poster was dropped today.
In the poster, Ranbir Kapoor sports a classic and timeless look with a nod to the past. He sports sunglasses with distinctive white borders, his hair in slightly long, wavy locks. With a cigarette casually hanging from his mouth, he exuded a wild confidence. Completing the look, Ranbir opted for a sharp blue suit that added a touch of sophistication.
Confirming the news of the news of the teaser on his X (formerly Twitter) handle, trade analyst Taran Adarsh revealed, “RANBIR KAPOOR: ‘ANIMAL’ TEASER DROPS ON 28 SEPT… Team #Animal will unveil #AnimalTeaser on 28 Sept 2023 [#RanbirKapoor’s birthday]… Directed by #SandeepReddyVanga, the film arrives in *cinemas* on 1 Dec 2023. Meanwhile, wifey dearest Alia Bhatt took to Instagram to react to the news. Sharing the poster, she wrote Oh hi with a cool and a spark smiley. Alia always supports her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, in everything he does. Recently, she took to her Instagram to cheer for a teaser video of Animal that unveiled Ranbir’s look, and Alia responded by posting the video with fire and heart eyes emojis.
In a chat with Pinkvilla, Bhushan Kumar, on being asked if a teaser for Animal would be released on Ranbir Kapoor’s birthday, as is customary for many South Indian films, Bhushan Kumar indirectly hinted that fans could absolutely expect it. Ranbir Kapoor will turn 41 this year, and Animal will be his second release this year after Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar.
