Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday took to his official social media handle and thanked singer Dhvani Bhanushali for the beautiful rendition of a Garba song. PM also expressed his heartfelt gratitude to renowned singer and also mentioned that the melodious tune was brought back, connecting it to cherished memories of the past. To note, Dhvani has turned PM’s lyrics into a beautiful song.

PM Narendra Modi wrote, “Thank you @dhvanivinod, Tanishk Bagchi and the team of  @Jjust_Music for this lovely rendition of a Garba I had penned years ago! It does bring back many memories. I have not written for many years now but I did manage to write a new Garba over the last few days, which I will share during Navratri. #SoulfulGarba." Earlier, Dhvani has also shared the song on X handle and wrote, “Dear @narendramodi Ji, #TanishkBagchi and I loved Garba penned by you and we wanted to make a song with a fresh rhythm, composition and flavour. @Jjust_Music helped us bring this song and video to life."

Talking about Dhvani Bhanushali, she is an Indian pop singer. She gained popularity with her single Vaaste in 2019 which has crossed 1.4 billion views on YouTube, making her the youngest and fastest Indian pop star to hit 1 billion views on YouTube. Her first song in the film was Ishtehaar from the film Welcome To New York, released in 2018. In the same year she starred in the music video “Ishare Tere" with Guru Randhawa and “Dilbar" From Satyameva Jayate which was an instant hit.

Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also paid homage to cinema legend Dev Anand and said his films not only entertained but also reflected the aspirations of India. Dev Anand, the star of movies such as "Hum Dono", "Tere Ghar Ke Samne", "CID" and "Guide", would have been 100 on Tuesday.
