Shreyas is now ready to take a step forward with his debut in pan-Indian cinema, with the film Ajagratha. M Shashidhar has directed this film, which is billed to be a psychological crime thriller. Ajagratha stars an ensemble cast which also includes Samuthirakani, Radhika Kumaraswamy, V Jayaprakash, Vinaya Prasad, and others. The audience is curious to know about the plot of this movie, which has generated curiosity with the tagline ‘The Shadows Behind the Karma’.

Kannada actress Radhika Kumaraswamy will play the female lead in this movie. M Shashidhar unveiled Radhika’s look from this film on November 12. He wrote in the caption,”First Character Look Of Ajagratha Movie. Wish The Gorgeous @radhika_kumaraswamy madam a very happy Birthday. My very First Pan India Film”. Radhika looks beautiful in the poster, decked up in a saree and ornaments which include a necklace and maang tikka.

As per the reports, the makers have left no stone unturned to meticulously design the life-like sets for the film. M Shashidhar is very particular about the fact that the shooting location should feel more natural. He will also make his debut in Bollywood through this film. Ravi Raj has produced Ajagratha.

Radhika has shared many glimpses from the film on Instagram. She wrote in the caption, “Trending reels with my team Ajagratha”. She posed with the Ajagrata’s crew in this clip.

In an interview with the Cinema Express, Radhika shared that she picked Ajagratha only for the sake of her brother, producer Ravi Raj. “I didn’t want to accept any film until Bhairadevi was released. In fact, I did get offers from the Malayalam industry too, but I had to let go of them because I was hell-bent on releasing my film first before taking up any other project. Incidentally, my brother was producing Shashidhar’s next, and I was kept involved in the proceedings of the film. He was constantly telling me that they couldn’t zero in on a heroine. I suggested a few names but none fit the bill. I saw his struggle to find the leading lady and when I came into the picture, he was more than happy to have me on board”, she said.
