In what comes as a scary incident, a woman shared that he caught a man secretly making upskirt videos of girls in Ranchi’s Nucleus mall. Taking to Reddit, the anonymous user explained that she was on the first floor when she noticed a man standing suspiciously close to a girl. She was leaning on the tattoo counter and discussing something, wearing a spaghetti dress. A friend of hers was also there with her.
The woman explained that this man had placed his phone in his helmet, which was hanging in his hand and the camera was on. “When I crossed him, initially I thought he was with the girl so I ignored for a second but I felt something off and held him by his wrist and at this moment even I was not sure so I was scared. I asked him to show his camera roll and he panicked,” she explained.

This is how she got sure and told the girls about it. They took his phone and found the video and deleted it. They also found several other videos of other women. She called the mall security.
“The security slapped him. I wanted to call the police on him but everyone was rather keen on beating him intead. Everyone seemed more interested in hitting him. I moved on then,” the woman wrote.
With this, she urged women to stay conscious. “Girls do not be soft on them and don’t let them go. Call cops on them. Make sure no one else falls victim to their preying action,” she wrote.

“These things are not so uncommon unfortunately anywhere around the globe actually. You will come across a few of them everywhere. Talking of Ranchi these things aren’t so common actually as far as I know. But still you can’t lower your guard. About the kidnapping thing I don’t find that to be true but there were cases in the past. So you better be safe. Do not interact with locals everywhere you go.
