A new soundwave icon at the bottom of the app opens up a new soundboard, with which users can listen to pre-existing audio clips and select them for usage or record new ones.
Twitter's video creation and looping app Vine has integrated a soundboard function that allows users to incorporate sound clips from some of the platform's popular memes or create and use their own.
"Just as videos go viral on the web, sounds go viral on Vine," the company wrote in a blog post on fellow Twitter platform Medium. "Starting today, you can add sounds to your Vines directly within our iOS app."
