As seen in the video shared by @foodie_incarnate on Instagram, a vendor in Surat crafts this healthy pizza with a unique twist. Starting with a watermelon sliced into a pizza-base-like round shape, the vendor then arranges triangular watermelon slices. Toppings follow suit – chaat masala, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, dragon fruit, and a medley of chopped dry fruits, all generously adorned with honey and cream.

Priced at Rs. 80, blogger Amar Sirohi boldly dubs it the “World’s Healthiest Pizza.”

As the online community grapples with mixed feelings, some dub it an amplified version of a fruit salad. One user inquired, “Yeh toh fruit salad hai pizza kaisa hua?” Another playfully remarked, “Fruit chaat ka Moye Moye hogaya,” while a third echoed, “Fruit chaat ko pizza kyu bula rahe ho.”
Meanwhile, in a previous (and slightly more audacious) video, an Ahmedabad vendor gained viral fame for presenting a dry fruit pizza. Starting innocently with the usual pizza sauce spread on the base, things quickly escalated with a lavish array of dry fruits – walnuts, cashews, and raisins. And just when you thought it couldn’t get any more weird, the vendor generously grates heaps of cheese before serving it to a curious customer.
