WWE NXT Results: Ethan Page Attacks Trick Williams; Women's Champion Confronts CM Punk
From CM Punk's appearance to Lola Vice beating Jacy Jayne, a look at the highlights from the latest episode of WWE NXT.

WWE NXT General Manager Ava kicked off the latest episode with Ethan Page and Trick Williams signing a match contract. Before anyone could put signature on the paper, a brawl broke out.

Page, currently holding the NXT championship, launched a surprise attack on Williams and took out his rival with an Ego’s Edge. The Rascalz’s Zachary Wentz later showed up and called out Wes Lee, who earlier injured his tag team partner Trey Miguel. CM Punk also made a special appearance. He was confronted by NXT Women’s champion Roxanne Perez, who shared that Punk would steal her glory at the upcoming Chicago Show.

Before the show went off air, Ava once again called Page and Williams on the stage and asked them to sign the contract. The duo got involved in a fight. Punk was also there and announced that he would be the match referee for the next title match between Page and Williams.

Here’s a look at the results of matches that unfolded on September 17’s NXT episode

Lyra Valkyria & Tatum Paxley vs Wendy Choo & Rosemary

Valkyria and Paxlet started the match on a dominant note and sent their opponents outside with back-to-back dropkicks. Choo took out Paxley with a suplex off the top rope. Valkyria came back and crushed Rosemary with a leg drop while Paxley knocked down Choo to seal the deal.

Hammerstone vs Tony D’Angelo

The duo traded some strikes before D’Angelo hit Hammerstone with a spinebuster. Hammerstone bounced back early and D’Angelo across the squared circle. In the end, D’Angelo walked off the arena and Hammerstone won the match via count out.

Eddy Thorpe vs Ashante ‘Thee’ Adonis

Adonis threw Thrope out of the ring with a drop kick. He was celebrating the move when Thorpe came back with a top-rope dive and used the DDT to win the match.

Je’Von Evans & Cedric Alexander vs No Quarter Catch Crew

The Catch Crew attacked Alexander with a combined DDT for a near fall. Evan came to support his partner when Kelani Jordan and Wren Sinclair caused a distraction. Alexander read the situation well and used the Lumbar Check on Miles to secure an easy victory.

Brooks Jensen vs Dion Lennox

Lennox welcomed Jensen with a brutal spinebuster and mocked him as well. Jensen returned with a back-body drop and caught Lennox with a big DDT to wrap up the fight.

Lola Vice vs Jacy Jayne

Fallon Henley tried to assist Jayne by interrupting the match. Vice, however, might have been ready for it as she used the back fist to claim a comfortable victory.
