Telugu film Skanda is gearing up for its multi-lingual release on Thursday, September 28. Featuring Ram Pothineni in the lead, this Boyapati Srinu directorial has grabbed headlines after it launched its trailer recently. Fans are buzzing with excitement as the new trailer was launched by the film’s makers, cast and crew at Karimnagar in Telangana.

Skanda is backed by Srinivasaa Chitturi under Srinivasaa Silver Screen. The makers are all set to generate mega hype ahead of its release. Skanda’s trailer promises a high-voltage action-packed mass entertainer and it also captures the family sentiment and has powerful dialogues. The Production House shared the trailer on Twitter and wrote, “Experience the Massiest feast! Here’s the Skanda Release Trailer."

The female leads in Skanda are Sreeleela and Saiee Manjrekar. It also stars Prince Cecil, Raja, Meka Srikanth, Gauthami and Indraja. The trailer opens with a jail scene, where a person is shown to have been put behind bars for a crime he did not commit. The almost two-minute trailer is a visual feast for all the Ram Pothineni fans as he mouths some power-packed dialogues. He dons an intense look in the movie.

Skanda’s narrative is backed with apt background music, which adds to the tension of the scene. The trailer showcases some action sequences which further makes the movie look promising. Audiences can expect bloodshed along with the themes of vengeance and seeking justice.

The theatrical trailer of the movie, which was released earlier, had already created much excitement. Skanda was initially supposed to be released in October, but then the film got postponed for reasons unknown. As per reports, the film is being touted to be a mass movie whose soul is family and emotions. In an interview, Ram Pothineni shared, “Like every Boyapati film, Skanda also has a social message."
