The documentary aims to spread awareness about organ donation among the masses.According to AIMS officials, Mohanlal expressed willingness to donate his organs. The actor lauded the sheer will of Krishnan Kutty, Swathy Krishnan’s father, and others who helped save the teen’s life. “Without the support showered from various quarters, Krishnan Kutty could not have collected 50 consent certificates from the government authorities in 24 hours,” he said.Mohanlal said that an entire village had come forward for organ donation under the leadership of a young panchayat president. “The humanitarian gesture extended by Swathi’s aunt Rainy has inspired many,” he added. Sasi Kalariyel said that the documentary was inspired by a real-life incident. “Seventeen-year-old Arun George’s organs were donated to many people. He had died in an accident in Kozhikode. It inspired me,” he said.
