New Delhi: Director Ali Abbas Zafar's 'Gunday' started making heads turn with its very first trailer. The film has an impressive star-cast which comprises of Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor and Irrfan Khan. With such an ensemble cast, the audience can always hope for a good film, but sometimes the filmmakers get so much engrossed in creating a good premise and that hampers the story.
The film revolves around two friends, Bala and Bikram, who are, in a way, like local Robinhoods. Slowly and steadily, they come into prominence and start posing threats to already established political and business forces.
Ranveer Singh is fresh out of the success of 'Ram Leela' and thus he would be hoping to take his success to a new height with this film. Will he be successful in doing so? Will Irrfan once again rise up to the occasion?
