BANGALORE: The High Court on Friday issued notices to BBMP, Urban Development department following a contempt petition by Five Year Law Course Advocates’ Association.The association moved contempt against the authorities for failing to obey the High Court order, which directed them to evict the remaining illegal building over main storm water drainage (Raj Kaluve), in one month.The petitioner S Umesh stated in his submission that BBMP has to give a report on evacuation of the illegal building over storm water drain but the report has been pending from two months.
