New Delhi: An RTI application to get more information on Foreign Minister SM Krishna's visit to London has been rejected.
The Ministry of External Affairs has refused to share information regarding Krishna's visit, allegedly organised to enable him to watch the Wimbledon.
CNN-IBN first reported the incident. Krishna's office has now clarified that the RTI application sought details about a meeting between two foreign ministers, and hence it was refused as per rules but that Krishna himself paid for Wimbledon trip.
