Samsung, HTC, LG, and Asus have been trying cheap tactics to outdo offerings from competitors in benchmarking tests on Android.

New Delhi: We have already read reports accusing Samsung's trickery to score better in benchmarking results for its devices and now a new report has emerged claiming that not only Samsung but other major tech giants including HTC, LG and Asus, have been trying cheap tactics to outdo offerings from competitors in benchmarking tests on Android.AnandTech, which was first to report that Samsung had been duping the Galaxy S4 users by artificially scoring high in benchmarking tests, has now come up with a detailed table comparing the companies, which have been caught rigging their devices to boost benchmarking scores and deceive users. The table (see below) suggests that almost all the major devices available in the market with the exception Nexus and Motorola devices are adjusted in a way that they score higher than what they would normally score in a benchmarking test.####
