It may be recalled that after some problems cropped up in the Susi Emu Farm, Perundurai, on August 6 a case was registered against it for not paying monthly incentives to the depositors, many emu farm owners closed their units and went underground.

In the same town, Mayilsamy, owner of Queen Emu Farm, which was located near the office of Susi Emu Farm, also escaped. His office remained closed for the past 3 weeks. Following this, the EOW police registered a case against the firm.

As he was still missing  police were not able to get information about the firm. Hence, the police unlocked his office by obtaining permission from the court on Saturday in the presence of Revenue Inspector Muthukrishnan and building owners.

EOW inspectors Soundarrajan and Ayyampillai conducted a raid in the office and seized some documents.

The data about cash transaction and depositors could be known only after a thorough check of the computers. cops said.
