Mumbai: If you are a fan of the classic world cinema and don't quite know where you can watch these films on the big screen, Reeload Film Festival has come to your rescue.
Reeload promises to be a perennial film festival, which will showcase classic gems like Akira Kurasawa, Francois Truffaut and Kiarastami.
Flagging off the initiative was filmmaker, Rakyesh Om Mehra, who's also on the board of directors for this venture.
Starting of in Mumbai in collaboration with Cinemax and Inox Multiplexes, the club will be open to all from the first week of June.
Palador Pictures, the people behind this venture, are also planning commercial releases of these world famous movies in August this year.
Also in the plan are dubbed versions of films from Rashomon to Seven Samurai in Hindi, Tamil and Telegu.
Reeload also plans to have a home video label library collection called "The Olive Collection" which will have 200 priceless classics like Kieslowski's Red Blue White and Vive L'Amour.
Film buffs can make most of Reeload's plans as they take this venture to nine other cities in the next few months.
