Sasikalas brother falls ill in prison

TIRUCHY:  Sasikala’s brother V Divaharan who is lodged in the Central Prison here developed a sudden illness on Sunday and was rushed to the prison hospital for treatment. He was later discharged.Around 2 pm, Divaharan felt giddy and started sweating. He was rushed to the prison hospital and the Annal Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital was contacted for medical assistance. Cardiologist, Dr Muthukumar conducted a medical inspection on Divaharan and he was under medical observation. Later, he was discharged from the hospital. Divaharan’s wife Hemalatha submitted that Divaharan had undergone a major heart surgery in 1998 and had neurological problem.
