Snapshot: Elder sister Lata Mangeshkar blesses Asha on stage

Sibling rivalry between singers Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle seems to be a thing of the past as Lata was seen blessing Asha on stage during a recent award function. The award in question was Pandit Hridaynath Mangeshkar Award instituted by the singers' brother Hridayanath which honours singers for their contribution to music. The award was instituted last year and first recipient was Lata Mangeshkar herself and this Lata presented the award to younger sister Asha Bhosle. The Mangeshkar siblings- Lata, Asha, Usha, Meena and Hridaynath, were all present at the event and made for a happy gathering.
