She was detained by the Chennai police last week for submitting forged documents for a US visa.The Madras High Court on Monday gave her temporary retrieve and granted her conditional bail.
Flora allegedly obtained US visa by deceitful for her make-up woman. The embassy officials detected a fraud in the papers and took Flora into custody.
Justice K N Pasha on Monday passed the order on a petition by the starlet, asking her to furnish a personal bond of Rs 50,000 and two sureties of the same amount, including one from her mother.
The judge also ordered the actress to appear daily before the Royapettah police for interrogation.
In her petition, Flora submitted that she was a struggling actress, based in Mumbai and frequently visited Chennai and Hyderabad for film shootings.
There was no reason why she would abscond, at the cost of her own career, she added.
She also submitted that she was only a material witness in the case as there was no case of forgery against her, with her passport and related documents submitted by her to the US Consulate.
Flora, Srilatha and Venkat Reddy were arrested on March 10, when the US Consulate found some of Srilatha's documents for visa to be fake.
Flora had claimed that Sri Latha was her makeup woman. Reddy, believed to be the mastermind in this case, is the prime accused.
