The issue is very sensitive and difficult to deal with. Hence, it has to be discussed in a detailed manner. First of all Congress party has to take a decision on it. Later, the Centre will have to arrive at a conclusion over this matter.Union government has started the process of consultations. However, holding negotiations is a continuous process. The Centre will announce appropriate decision at an appropriate time,” the chief minister said.Soon after both Houses were adjourned sine die on Saturday, the chief minister had an informal chat with mediapersons at his chambers in the Assembly.Asked whether the Centre is preparing to make any announcement over the Telangana issue so as to persuade the Telangana Political Joint Action (TJAC) Committee to put off its proposed march, Kiran Reddy replied that the Telangana movement was more intense in 1969 than now.“Do you remember how many people had died in 1969 in police firing? After that Centre gave clarity on Telangana issue. Soon after that Andhra movement began.
