After going public with her divorce battle, actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s estranged wife Aaliya wants to take back her legal notice to end their marriage and reconcile. Aaliya had filed for divorce last year and had also levied accusations of physical and emotional assault against the actor and his family.
Talking in an interview, Aaliya said, “I am ready to reconcile with Nawaz. I shall take the divorce notice back. I shall sort out with his brother Shamas and end that matter too.”
Aaliya said that she is willing to take back the divorce notice so that the their children get a fair share of their parents’ love. The couple has two daughters from their marriage– Yaani Siddiqui and Shora Siddiqui.
Now, reacting to Aaliya’s move of wanting to withdraw the divorce notice and reach amicable terms on her relationship with Nawazuddin, his brother Shamas has reacted. He said, “I read the news and I want to speak. I want to say that Nawaz and Aaliya’s kids (Shora and her younger brother Yaani) should get their rightful share of love from both their parents. My issues should not come in their way. I have separate and different issues with Aaliya. I had put money in her film project and the matter is in Court. I will take the next step only after I consult my lawyers.”
Shamas added, “I love these two kids very much. I can do anything for them. They too love me a lot and everyone (in the family) knows this. Nawaz bhai is the head of the family and whatever is good and right for him will be good and right for us too.”
