Sreejita De has always won praised for her style sense. But, lately, she has become a sensation on social media. Recently, Sreejita went for a beach vacation with her husband Micheal Blohm Pape and her well-toned bikini body pictures have now become the talk of the town.
Revealing about her impressive bikini body, Sreejita said, “I have been practicing Yoga for the past three and a half years, since I was introduced to it. I have made a point that vacation or no vacation I do workout daily and would recommend to everyone out there. Recently, I also have added gymnastics in my workout and I made sure to put some extra effort in my workout considering our beach vacation.”
Generally, when we go out on vacations, we have one thing in mind and that is to enjoy it to the fullest. The same way Sreejita and Michael enjoyed a lot during their break, but without harming their health.
Sharing details about it, Sreejita added, “I am an absolute foodie. Somehow, I can’t hold my love for food. Of course, as we were on vacation we ate a lot. Every day we tried different cuisine especially different Thai dishes, but during this trip we also took a lot of physical challenges too. We went Snorkeling, Scuba diving, Swimming and we walked for almost 5-6 kilometres every day. We tried to maintain a healthy lifestyle. But, after coming back, I have noticed that after doing all this also, I have gained one and a half kg of weight. (laughs).”
“This trip was really amazing. We did a lot of island hoping, from one island to another. For the first time, we tried Scuba Driving we. Went almost 10 meters under the sea and saw a lot of underwater life. That was an out of the world and breathtaking experience,” the actress concluded.
